1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nsroma.africa and your purchase of products from NSROMA CREATIONS MART. NSROMA.AFRICA is a marketplace for African wall art and sculpture, African textile crafts and accessories, and handcrafted utility and decorative crafts. By browsing the website, creating an account, placing an order, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Electronic orders, confirmations, receipts, invoices, and communications may be provided digitally. For Ghana-related transactions, electronic communications and transactions may be handled in accordance with Ghana’s Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order. NSROMA.AFRICA offers handmade, artisan-made, and culturally inspired products sourced from Ghana and across Africa. We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, dimensions, materials, and availability details. However, customers acknowledge that handmade and artisan products may have natural variations.

This may include reasonable differences in:

  • Colour, tone, texture, or finish;
  • Pattern placement, weaving, carving, or stitching;
  • Size, dimensions, or weight;
  • Wood grain, fabric pattern, beads, natural fibres, or other materials; and
  • Packaging and minor design details.

These variations are part of the character of handmade products and do not necessarily mean that an item is defective.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An automated order confirmation means that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when NSROMA.AFRICA confirms dispatch, confirms product availability, or otherwise confirms that the order will be fulfilled.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable;
  • There is an obvious pricing, stock, technical, or product-description error;
  • Payment cannot be authorised or confirmed;
  • Delivery information is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot reasonably be serviced;
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity; or
  • The order breaches these Terms or applicable law.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate refund or other reasonable solution in accordance with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

4. Pricing and Payments

Product prices, available currency, delivery charges, promotions, and applicable charges will be displayed before you complete checkout. You must provide accurate billing, contact, payment, and delivery information. You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers. NSROMA.AFRICA does not ask customers to send card numbers, CVV details, passwords, PINs, or one-time verification codes by email, social media, or messaging applications. We may correct an obvious pricing, display, or technical error before dispatching an order. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you where reasonably possible and explain the available options.

5. Delivery

NSROMA.AFRICA delivers physical products to locations made available at checkout or described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates and processing times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays may occur because of stock availability, product preparation, order volume, courier operations, customs processes, public holidays, address issues, weather conditions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. You should ensure that you, an authorised recipient, or another suitable person is available to receive the order where required.

Please inspect delivered products as soon as reasonably possible. Contact us promptly if an item is missing, damaged, incorrect, or appears defective.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Return eligibility may depend on the item’s condition, whether it has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without relevant packaging or documentation where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes rights that may apply under Ghana’s Sale of Goods Act, 1962 (Act 137) and, for Nigeria-related transactions, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2018.

You must not share, sell, transfer, rent, or allow another person to use your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

The NSROMA.AFRICA name, logo, branding, website design, product photographs, product descriptions, graphics, text, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to NSROMA CREATIONS MART or the relevant rights holder.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of NSROMA.AFRICA’s website content, branding, photographs, or other intellectual property.
